1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using 420osxyz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

420osxyz is a decentralized token launching platform built on Solana that allows users to:

Create and launch tokens using bonding curve mechanics
Trade tokens on automated market maker (AMM) curves
Participate in token price discovery
Access token graduation to external DEX platforms

⚠️ ALPHA WARNING: The Platform is in early development (v0.0.1). Raydium graduation is not yet implemented. Many features are experimental.

3. RISKS AND DISCLAIMERS

TRADING CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.

Token values can fluctuate wildly and may lose all value
Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
Transactions on blockchain are irreversible
Platform features may not work as intended
No guarantee of token liquidity or graduation to DEX
Platform is experimental and subject to changes

NEVER INVEST MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights
Not create tokens with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Not engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
Secure your wallet and private keys
Understand the risks of cryptocurrency trading
Accept the use of analytics for platform improvement

5. ANALYTICS AND DATA COLLECTION

The Platform uses analytics services (Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) to understand user behavior and improve our services. By using the Platform, you consent to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

Analytics data helps us:

Identify popular features and improve user experience
Monitor platform performance and uptime
Understand traffic patterns and optimize infrastructure
Detect and prevent fraudulent or malicious activity

6. FEES

The Platform charges the following fees:

Token Creation: FREE (paid by platform)
Trading Fee: 1% of each transaction
Network Fees: Gas fees paid to Solana network

Fees are subject to change with notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 420OSXYZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
